Our Commitment

liiiinks respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on liiiinks infringes your copyright, you may submit a report with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL of the liiiinks page containing the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

Trademark Infringement

We prohibit the use of trademarks in a way that may mislead or confuse others about brand affiliation. If you believe a liiiinks user is infringing your trademark rights, please submit a report with details about your trademark and how it is being misused.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

liiiinks may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take these matters seriously to maintain a trustworthy platform.
