liiiinks offers a subscription service at €4.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. Failed payments may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is resolved.

You agree to use liiiinks only for lawful purposes. You may not: • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable • Share links to malware, phishing sites, or fraudulent content • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications • Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

The liiiinks name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and branding are our exclusive property. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. You retain ownership of all content you upload to your liiiinks page. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content solely in connection with operating the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to limited functionality or be deactivated. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
