Subscription Overview
liiiinks offers a monthly subscription service at €4.99 per month. Your subscription provides full access to all features, including unlimited links, custom themes, analytics, and priority support.
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis from your original signup date. You can view your billing history and next payment date in your account settings.
Free Trial Terms
New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial of liiiinks Pro features. During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features at no charge.
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at €4.99/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro charge. If you are not satisfied with liiiinks Pro within 14 days of your first payment (after the free trial), you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies only to the first Pro charge per account and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
To request a refund, contact our support team at billing@liiiinks.com within 14 days of your first charge.
Discount Coupons
liiiinks may offer percentage-based discount coupons for Pro subscriptions. Coupons provide a percentage off the monthly Pro price for a specified number of billing cycles (or indefinitely, depending on the coupon).
Only one coupon may be applied per subscription. After the coupon's duration expires, the subscription automatically returns to the standard Pro price.
Coupons are non-transferable and may have expiration dates or usage limits.
Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
1. Log in to your liiiinks account
2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
3. Click "Manage Billing"
4. Cancel your subscription in the billing portal
Upon cancellation:
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for future billing cycles
• After your subscription ends, your account switches to the Free plan
• Your data is retained for 6 months after expiration
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee, please contact our support team:

• Your account email address
• Date of the charge in question
• Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes to refund terms will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.
